Great episode Rick! Just wanted to clarify one point you made on the efficacy of PrEP. It is not in the 80s or low 90s. When taken as prescribed (daily), PrEP prevents HIV transmission 99% of the time. There are thousands of people taking PrEP all over the world, having sex every day, and there have only been three 'breakthrough cases' to this point. It's incredibly rare. In keeping with good and unbiased education, like you talk about, it's important to keep PrEP information accurate. Some further reading on it here: http://www.aidsmap.com/Pre-exposure-prophylaxis-PrEP/page/2989437/
